A rebalancing, light massage using heated sea salt and seaweed granule filled poultices, which are applied to the body to relax the muscles, release tension and nourish the skin. Combined with manual massage movements, the relaxing warm poultices are rhythmically stroked and kneaded over the body to restore a deep sense of balance and calm.

Please allow sufficient time prior to your experience to complete a spa consultation form and/or health questionnaire. The spa facilities are open from 9am and treatments are bookable from 10am (subject to availability). A member of the team will contact you to confirm your treatment time.

We recommend that you arrive up to 30 minutes in advance of your treatment so that you can change, relax and complete your pre-treatment consultation form. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time. Robes and slippers are available to hire for spa treatments.
